You can exchange an item within 7 days, as long as it is unused, with tags attached and in its original condition.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery earrings cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us by email to arrange an exchange or return.
